If you have trouble starting West Point Bridge Designer or running animations, resetting your settings to default may resolve the issue.

1. Exit West Point Bridge Designer.
2. Open file explorer (Windows key + E).
3. In the address bar, type: %appdata% and then press enter.
4. In the folder listing, delete the EngineeringEncounters folder.
