If you have trouble starting Autodesk software such as 3DS Max, resetting your settings to default may resolve the issue.
Exit any Autodesk applications.
Open file explorer (Windows key + E).
In the address bar, type: %localappdata% and then press enter.
In the folder listing, delete the Autodesk folder.
